Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will apply when the cancellation is requested by the guest.
- ■100% will be charged for cancellations made after 6:00 pm on a day prior to the reservation.
- ■100% will be charged for cancellations made on the day of the reservation.
- ■100% will be charged for no show/participation or after the tour started.
Flying after Water Bird Experience
Due to the atmospheric pressure issue, we highly reccomend not to fly in the aircraft for at least 4 hours after the Water Bird experience. We appreciate your understanding.
Other Precautions
- ●Individuals with the following conditions may not participate:
breathing disorders, high blood pressure, serious ear conditions, pregnancy in any stage, epilepsia, insulin diabetics, liver disorder, or hangover and guests must not be taking alcohol. We highly appreciate your understanding that there are cases where guests are not allowed to participate due to the health conditions on the day of the tour. - ●Participants must be above 6 years of age.
- ●No prescription mask available. Please use contact lenses if necessary.
- ●Participants under 20 years of age must have a consent of a parent or guardian with the signature.
- ●Please wear swimware, bring bath towel, shoes that can be wet and sunscreen.
- ●We appreciate your understanding that all activities are subject to change or cancel depending or the sea conditions or weather.
